It feels impossible that we’ve already reached the final chapter of Livia’s senior year!

When I first photographed Livia during her summer session at Proclamation Flowers, I knew we were going to create something special together. Since then, we’ve documented so many pieces of her story through her flower farm senior photos, fall farm session, and spring sports and dance session. Each one showcased a different side of who she is, and now, with graduation officially here, it feels like the perfect time to look back on everything this talented senior has accomplished.

For her final session, we met at South Newton High School for cap and gown photos to celebrate the finish line of an unforgettable senior year. There is always something special about graduation photos because they represent so much more than a diploma. They celebrate years of hard work, early mornings, late nights, achievements, friendships, and all the moments that helped shape the senior in front of my camera.

And if there is one thing that became clear throughout all four of Livia’s sessions, it is just how dedicated and hardworking she is. Truly!

Over the past year, we’ve photographed Livia among the flowers of summer, on her family farm surrounded by the pigs she has worked so hard to raise and show, and celebrating her accomplishments in sports and dance. Each session told a different part of her story, but together they painted a picture of a young woman who pours her heart into everything she does.

Congratulations, Livia!

After graduation, Livia is looking forward to a busy summer filled with many of the things she loves most. She’ll spend her days helping on the family farm, showing pigs, preparing with her dance team for Nationals at the end of June, working out, soaking up summer sunshine, and spending time with family and friends before starting her next chapter.

This fall, Livia plans to attend Parkland College before transferring to the University of Illinois to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. Knowing her drive, determination, and work ethic, I have no doubt she will accomplish amazing things (and so much more!) in the years ahead.

One of my favorite things about offering multiple senior sessions throughout the year is getting the opportunity to document the entire journey. Looking back at Livia’s senior experience, every session captured a different season of her life, literally and figuratively. From summer blooms to fall sunsets, athletic accomplishments to graduation day, each chapter matters. Together, they tell a story that is uniquely hers!

Livia, thank you for allowing me to be part of such a special year. It has been an absolute joy getting to know you and watching your senior year unfold from behind my camera. I am so excited to see where life takes you next!
