Of all the places to photograph seniors in the summer, a flower farm will always be at the very top of my list! 

Livia’s senior session at Proclamation Flowers was an absolute dream, and I am still not over it. Between the blooms, the sunshine, and that adorable new flower cottage, it was one of those sessions that just felt extra special from start to finish.

Livia is a Class of 2026 senior at South Newton High School and truly one of the sweetest souls. She has the kindest heart and such a calm confidence about her. When she is not busy with school, she stays active playing volleyball and spends a lot of her time caring for and showing pigs around the area. I love when seniors bring those real pieces of their life into their session because that is where the magic happens. This season of life is full, busy, and exciting… Livia is embracing that so beautifully.

Proclamation Flowers was the perfect backdrop for her senior session. The flowers were in full bloom, and the flower cottage added the prettiest detail to the entire experience. It felt whimsical and joyful, which matched Livia’s personality so well. She absolutely glowed among the flower field at sunset. It was truly one of those sessions where everything came together perfectly.

This session is also such a perfect example of the senior experience I offer. My heart behind senior photography is simple… I want to capture your true self. I photograph fun, adventurous, kind-hearted seniors in Central Illinois and beyond. Best of all? I believe your photos should feel like you. 

Livia’s summer flower farm senior session was everything I love about senior photography. A beautiful location, genuine smiles, and photos that feel true to who she is in this moment. It was such an honor to photograph her and kick off the Class of 2026 season in such a joyful way.
