Addy & Jake’s Naples Pier engagement session was just perfect! I’m so happy to have met this couple, because they are just so stinking cute.

I head to Southwest Florida a few times a year to do sessions with my couples and families down there, and also to photograph new ones. It’s become a second home base for me and I love escaping the cold Midwest in the winter to head down for some sessions or weddings at some of my favorite Florida beaches!

Addy & Jake moved to Florida from the Midwest, so they can totally relate to my need to escape the cold weather once in a while. These two met and started dating as young teenagers, and got engaged recently at Lover’s Key State Park. Apparently, some insta-loving girls ruined Jake’s plan to pop the question near the popular, dead, sun-bleached trees, but he did manage to get the job done a little further down the beach.
