Rory and Matt’s North Avenue Beach Winter engagement session with their sweet dog Bailey was the perfect Chicago winter session. We had a little bit of snow lingering around the lake and that foggy skyline to add to beautiful North Avenue Beach. Bailey was such a good girl during her pictures.

How They Met

Rory and Matt attended the same high school, lived 5 minutes away from each other, had many mutual friends, and even had lockers very close to each other, yet never met until college. Once they finally met, they dated all throughout college and grad school.

How He Proposed

Matt proposed to Rory with a helicopter ride over the city of Chicago! How romantic is that?!

Their Wedding Plans

Rory and Matt are still on the hunt for the perfect venue for their Chicago wedding later this year or early next year. I can’t wait to hear which venue they choose for their special day!
