Katelynn & Kyle’s Chicago beach engagement session was just perfect. Lake Michigan was pretty calm that night and the skyline was looking amazing as always. We started out at North Avenue Beach where we walked along the lake getting to know each other and getting them comfortable in front of my camera, which is my number one reason for having an engagement session in the first place.

Since Katelynn and Kyle have fun going out and having drinks at local spots around the city, we headed over to the Shore Club for a drink and a few photos before ending our time together.

Their Story

This adorable couple met on Bumble and had their first date at a bar watching the Cubs clinch the playoffs in 2016 at Avenue Tavern. While they aren’t die hard Cubs fans, they do enjoy sporting events. After their first date, Katelynn says that they were almost inseparable, which was unusual for both of them. Not long after that first date, they officially became a couple and the rest is history.

Katelynn & Kyle will be married next summer at the beautiful Loft Lucia in the city, surrounded by their friends and family.
